About
I build systems.
I question systems.
Occasionally I am the system.
I am a supply chain architect, an explorer of AI and consciousness, and someone who has never been comfortable staying still. Born in New Delhi. Forged across 15 countries. Currently building the future of supply chain intelligence from Dallas.
Three principles I live by
Embrace and yearn for change
Comfort is the enemy. I have quit jobs without backup plans, moved countries alone, and trekked to glacial lakes at 5,000 meters because staying still felt like dying slowly. Every meaningful thing in my life came from choosing the harder path.
Bias for action
Thinking without doing is just entertainment. I have built control towers in six weeks that consultants said would take six months. I have shipped AI agents while others were still writing the business case. Speed is not recklessness — it is respect for the finite nature of time.
Always think impact
I do not optimize for activity. I optimize for outcomes. $500M in financial impact across 30+ clients is not a number I carry lightly — it represents real companies, real decisions, and real consequences. Everything I build has to move something that matters.
The range
I have spent 12 years at McKinsey, Accenture, and Ford transforming how global supply chains think and operate. I have also spent nights in pitch-black forests in Kodaikanal, stood above the clouds at Roopkund at 5,029 meters, driven through the Scottish Highlands with my wife, watched the Shanghai Bund light up at midnight, and written a philosophical novel about AI and consciousness in a single sitting. I do not believe these things are separate. They are all the same curiosity, applied to different terrain.
Credentials
McKinsey & Company, Knowledge Expert (2017–present). Accenture, Analytics Analyst, Supply Chain Practice (2015–2017). Ford Motor Company, Global Data Insights & Analytics (2014–2015). Masters in Financial Economics, Madras School of Economics. Economics Honours, University of Delhi.
What I am building toward
A body of work that outlasts me. Supply chains that think for themselves. Ideas that change how people see the world. And the restoration of something that was lost — though that is a longer story.
