Every truck has two tanks. One is cubic metres. One is kilograms. You never fill both. The first one to hit the wall is the binding constraint.

Light, bulky freight cubes-out — the bay is full and the payload is still hungry. Dense freight weights-out — the springs are at the limit and you can still see floor.

That is this game. Same numbers the Python tool uses. No client catalogue. No formula on a slide. You feel which wall you hit.

Axle

Too much at the door and the steer axle gets light. The truck still has room. It will not want to turn. Keep the diamond in the green — that is the cargo’s centre of gravity along the bed.

How to load

Click a carton on the dock, aim at the bay, click to set it down. R yaws it 90°. Nothing floats: every cell needs floor or another carton under it. Pack for me is the skyline packer — the same idea as the optimiser, greedy and honest, not magic.
